Champions 4th Anniversary Pro Start Pack - Portal

On the portal. The Champions 4th Anniversary Pro Start Pack only says you get 1,000 solo contest points. Is this a typo because in game you get 10,000. Also the pack on the portal for $20 you get 3k points which means you spend an extra $80 and would get 2k less solo points. Obviously all the other bonuses but just makes no sense.
