It shows you just need to go to the "Welcome" thread and post along with making 5 other legitimate comments and or posts. It must track usage by your account.

Pretty cool concept of the forum to be able to track what they do. But, while I do not know exactly, I believe you just need to have 5 messages that don't seem to "spammy".
