Facebook Loggin and recycling items

There needs to be a better way to link current progress to FB without starting over. I have lost 1 account with no help from support even though I had all the info they needed to recover my account. I had to start over and when I tried linking current account it was going to reset me again. Yea not cool. I've spent to much $ and I should have quit after my 1st account was never recovered. This feature needs to be as addressed so people dont waste $ just trying to get free items. Also we really need a feature to recycle old items. I have JBL coins I bought that wouldn't even let me use them. We need to at least be able to recycle useless stuff for in game currency. I like this game but if something happens and you need ssd's support we really have given up on their help cause nothing is ever done.
