Hi guys, hoping someone can answer my question.

The next kick off talent up event (http://wwechampions.scopely.com/2021/01/26/wwe-champions-4th-anniversary-part-1-3/) states that maxing it will give you 3SG shamrock.

However it states it’s league 14+.

Can anyone confirm if:

Shamrock is only available for league 14+

or

Is shamrock available to everyone but lower leagues will have lower requirements to max the event?
