Goldberg rewards

My name is Jeff McCorkle and I'm part of Warrior Wagon. I've not received any of my rewards from the Goldberg rewards on the portal. When I click on my avatar it shows Im not part of any faction which isn't the case enclosed I have several screenshots to show I've claimed the Goldberg rewards. Your assistance is appreciated.

Hello @Sandman612313 from these screenshots it shows you're logged into a FB account not tied to an in-game account. You need to use the same FB to be logged into both the game and the portal to have the rewards sent to your account. Thanks
