Star fragments

How many star fragments does it take to fill a star? When I have enough how do I do this

Go to any superstar on your roster and click the evolve tab. Then there are two tabs right under where it shows you their level. One says star fill and you can check that for how many you have and how many are required. When you have a superstar that can have a star filled you will see a "star fill" banner across their icon in the roster screen. Similar to how when somebody is ready to be enhanced or evolved.
