How does talent get worked out?

I have 2 superstars.

1 at level 180 with all moves maxed and ready to go to 5sb

1 other at 170 with all moves maxed that has a higher talent level that the 1st one.

How?

    This is a good question! I have two completely unlevelled 4SB and they have different talent scores as well and I have no idea why!

    Moves aren't worth the same number of talent points. A level 11 12-cost submission and a level 11 1-cost strike can have different talent scores. I -think- (not sure of this) that different classes also get different points for leveling up.
