I have every day phase the loading problem because nonuse loot create the asset load error . I am leakage 12 player I don't need league 14 plus loor

I already messaged Support and what they said to do hasn't worked I already restarted my cell and re did the app claimed all rewards but they never showed up even though it says claimed I also had no idea I had to link my Portal to Facebook because my game itself is already linked to Facebook So my in game name is different than my Portal name what's going on and where are the Rewards ? I have no idea where they went but I never got them
