Answers to many questions

I say ... is it possible that nobody answers my questions? I have been asking for some problems to be solved for weeks, and no one deigns to answer, as a player and above all a customer I am really outraged by this situation, which I think is really outrageous and disrespectful towards me. Starting with you who avoid responding to assistance that closes tickets without response and without troubleshooting.

First and foremost, you should be working with support on anything related to missing items. We have provided you similar feedback before that you are clear and concise with what is missing and why. Its difficult to understand you, especially when you come off as upset and throw out generalities that could be misconstrued as anger over an event construction rather than a true issue experienced. There are many tools available in the portal to ensure your feedback and issues are structured in a way we can understand and provide assistance with. I would suggest starting by reading the three posts linked below.
