Do the moderators even play the game - a quick search of their usernames on the portal does not come up with any hits for IGN.

Are they scared to show who they are or are they lying when they say they play the game?

This is a requirement to be a mod. As players we focus on just that. Playing the game and working with our factions. As mods we represent scopely and isn't related to our personal accounts.
