How many hall of fame tokens are needed?

I'm working on leveling up my HoF Sting this month and I'm trying to plan ahead how many of each HoF token I'm gonna need. Is there a list or chart somewhere that says how many HoF tokens (and which star level) are needed for each enhance/evolve?

But it only goes through 4 star gold. Anyone know how many 5star tokens to go 5 star bronze?
