Easier way to recover lost account

I have reached out to support many times, I have given all info asked of me and still my lost account has not be recovered nor has support replied. There needs to be an easier way to recover your account if mistakenly lost. I spent good $ to build the roster i did and now I'm stuck rebuilding. There needs to be a better easier way.

While I understand your frustration an easier way to recover an account also means an easier way to steal an account that's not yours.

I understand but it's been more than 2 weeks 3 emails and I've sent 2 different support techs the same info. I was more ups er t by all the $ I put into the account just to lose it and as ll the xmas giveaways as well. Guess it's how it goes sometimes
