Where can I find the "Rules around the spirit of the contest"

I've searched high and low, I've read through the ToS, checked the websites, forum, Scopely's website etc but I can't for the life of me find details about the "rules around the spirit of the contest".

Nothing at all.

Can anyone help?

Hey Champ,
