Features to increase depth and customization

How about upgrades for specific eras that apply for all superstars in that era? Or stables? Upgradable with tokens and STP (stable training posters). Or possibly the ability to assign managers to tag teams... managers wouldn't be playable in a match but could be upgraded as well and each manager has different abilities
