Yesterday i got Godfather from the talent up, now who is better to take to 5 stars (someday), Matt Hardy, Andre or Godfather? and any builds for him?

Godfather suffers from lack of damage at higher levels unless you have a strap with the make it rain medal set and Vince McMahon at a high level (15k talent for the most benefit). If those are your only three options then matt hardy would probably be best
