I think you post it in the category that says Welcome All. At least that's what I did and appears others did also. Hope this helps.

In the giveaway announcement, it says to leave a positive welcoming comment to all members below, but it doesn't seem that I can respond to an announcement, so there is no below in which to leave a comment. Has anybody seen an answer about this?
