Issue with tech support

Here's what I learned. After 2 1/2 half years, I finally got fed up and cancelled all my subscriptions today and uninstalled the game. You forum moderators can talk all you want about submitting in-game tickets and keeping patient, but fuck that. Unless you're a "Grim Creeper" or a Scopely blogger, you aren't going to get treated with high priority if your game gets hosed.
