Are there any human beings left at Scopely Support? I’m serious. The game continues to have problems and Scopely Support is becoming more robotic. Scopely Support’s robotic response automatically assumes you as the customer have done something wrong. There is no investigation into your situation. You’re just wrong. Thats not customer support.

@matwwe the technical support thread is good for providing widespread game issues. Individual issues should be handled through in-game support.

Sure feel that way. My account has been gone for almost 48 hours and still waiting on a first response from support in the game.

Absolutely dreadful customer service.
