Create upgrade token turn in prizewall

A lot of players whom have been around for a while have excessive 1 star tokens and lower end tokens. It would be nice to try to find a way where we can turn in lower end tokens for higher ones. Kind of like upgrading them. Maybe test it through a prize wall or something. Example:
10 1 star wrenches upgrade to 5 XX tokens and so on.
