im been stuck in league 12 for 6 month now trying to level up my the shields

i keep the loot that i have after going up on league

or i have to spend all of them befor going up of league

Can you tell me how can I get the requisites to upload faster, I don't have time to play for a long time

the loot dont expire, you keep it regardless if you use it while league 12, 13 or 17
