Worst Customer Service Ever!

Dear Lord... I'm not sure if it's reading comprehension or actual intelligence that is lacking. I was over 700 at rollover. WELL OVER 700. But it didn't League up. So I got 17K coins instead of 34K. Pretty simple right. I took a pic because I was up and sent it. 3 FULL DAYS LATER Luna responds and closes the message. It cost my faction points and myself. I have no idea why it can't just be fixed. I am not spending one more nickel on this game until this is rectified.

    Please review the guidelines in Technical Support section to ensure you have provided the need details for Support to provide an answer. Support does not monitor this forum.

    I wanted to point out that there is a difference in timer between the cut off for the weekly SD rewards and the reset of SD coins for the day. The weekly SD rewards is based on the timer in the Showdown Store.

    I was over 700 for hours and hours before hand and never went below 700 until the next morning after I intentionally killed my fodder to drop. My issue is that there wasn't even a cursory glance at the problem for a customers clear issue. Luna just says you got 17K coins and that was right. That's it. Welllll first off that's not even correct. Secondly what an incompetent customer service answer. Thirdly, I'm not a new player and know what I'm talking about. I was never below 700. So now I want my coins and Luna to receive this feedback
