Is shield Ambrose still available?

as far as I’ve seen Dean Ambrose “The Shield” is still available in common

Yeah, it would be easier with Ambrose though... ☹️

I'd love some sort of fix to this issue too. I just got to League 12 but noticed that there is no way to complete this level since neither Rollins, Reigns, or Ambrose is available in any loot these days.

Superstar specific battles are a little crazy in my opinion. I understand using classes for certain battles but requiring "Luke Harper" who, like the shield members, is unavailable in the loot for new players. The Hell mode on all of these tours should be looked at and adjusted based on what's available to new players.
