Getting superstars we want

I think itd be fair especially if we're supporting the game with our hard earned money that we get the superstars we want and especially higher leveled superstars then just 30 2 star bronzes. There's been multiple times I've spent money and gotten nobody I want and half of the draws were the same guy I didnt want adding up shards. I want superstars and legends from when I was a child that's why I started playing to begin with. If we dont get what we want there should be a barter system where we can trade those we dont want for currency or superstars we do want. Im not saying I should be able to trade a 1 star bronze for a 4 star gold, even though again the draw should contain more higher level stats. I mean fair trades for similar or even less levels to get the superstars we actually want.
