fueds starting time

don't you think fueds should start in deffrent hours so that it will be fair to all users and not just usa? for some players fued starts allways at 2am. by the time their are up all faction bonuses has been clame by the people from the usa.

i say every feud start 1 hour later than the last one. somtimes it will be convinient to india, a month later it will be for russia or sudan...
