Bringing back Health Packs

I understand that this is a give away and tokens are really helpful but in order for me to keep playing I usually go into normal and hard limited tasks and get the health packs. i've been on roles in showdowns and faction fueds and had to stop cause I ran out of packs. Besides paying for it, are there now other places to get the health packs on a regular basis? and yes I know it's in the free bag but 25 goes rather quickly on 4 star wrestlers.
