On day one of this tour I had the match on hell mode start with no gems on the initial board. I had to quit the match. I lost the entry ticket and the entry counter reduced by 1. I contacted support and was reimbursed the entry ticket. Fast forward to today, I can't use the ticket because the counter says I've used 10/10 tries. I only could do 9 because of the day one match problem. I contacted support to get it corrected and was told too bad. My question is why reimburse a ticket that I can't use? Makes no sense. Now I'm short on the rewards because of this issue.
