Loot pull garbage

I think you guys really need to consider throwing people a bone once in a while. I grind out every event to earn loot coins or the gold chest and just get nothing everytime. I don't know why I grind these fueds anymore because my "guaranteed mega pull" from the 7 loot coins was a card that's been givin away at least twice. It's just getting tiring and I'm realizing I'm doing this all for nothing. Grinding should be rewarding but only the people with big wallets get rewarded.

Sorry I'm trying to be constructive but the frustration is real lol. I just wish the rewards were a little better. It's very deflating to grind for a month and get nothing lol.

There should be an overhaul of the pulls, you should not be able to pull the same card twice in any pull - if it is the same star/rarity. I have done 7 pulls and got the same card 4 times. You speak to support "RNG soz, lol".

It should be regulated, it's basically gambling.
