To unlock all 3 Monthly Perks (1 Tour, 2 Feud), you’ll need 5,200 Turnbuckles in total.
You can get them from:

4,000 in the Main Solo Contest,
1,000 from the Kick-Off Faction Contest,
And 250 in the Champion Combo Pack 1 (Stock 10) on the Prize Wall,

This setup gives you a strategic choice: push forward in the MLC or take advantage of the improved Prize Wall offer. We’ve made the distribution tighter and more controlled, giving you more flexibility in how you earn your Turnbuckles.

And don’t forget, the following Muscles in the Bank bonus perks are coming this Sunday:

Choose 1 color for 100% gem dmg in Showdown for the rest of the month,
Choose 1 color for +4 starting MP in Feud for the rest of the month,

And yes, some players may scout ahead for info on future Feuds or Showdowns before cashing in their perks, but that’s part of the experience! You don’t need to redeem perks immediately. It’s all about strategic timing, just like a real cash-in. #MITB
