Read the comments on the video and you'll see hundreds of comments crying out for change. I've seen this same feedback on the forum multiple times and nothing gets done about it or gets changed, feud is the same every time its up. Now even your own cc is calling it out. As Owen Hart said, enough is enough and it's time for a change.

I cannot confirmed are watching YouTube videos and reading comments. I can confirm they read forum posts, especially those that are “hot” or gaining traction. It doesn’t mean they can implement everything they see, but it can get the wheels turning on what’s possible.

If they don't listen to their most respected and followed content creator, then I doubt they are listening to the right people. Like he himself said in the video, he talks on a daily basis to a plethora of active players ranging from free to play to spenders and what he says resonates with most of us. It’s highly impractical to do a word by word transcript of what he said in the video but it’s only a 13 minute long video and I am sure the devs watch videos made by the “official” content creators. After all, the devs “nerf” posters on the basis of the previews made by the official content creators. Remember PH Eric Rowan?

I didn’t say they don’t listen to their content creators, but a text trail is a good thing. With how much feedback is consumed on a consistent basis, having many voices chime in with their own constructive feedback rather than 1 content creator ensures the dev team knows how much the change is supported and wanted
