League Progression shouldn't be linked to specific wrestlers

I've complained about this loads and never got a satisfactory response, so I am curious if anyone else has this problem.

One of the requirements to get out of League 11 is to complete Indianapolis on Hell mode, but to do so one of the matches requires Undertaker 'The Phenom'.

Now I've been playing this game for many year now, and despite having three different Undertakers in my roster, I've never had 'the Phenom' version so in effect I cannot progress into League 12.

Very occasionally Undertaker 'The Phenom' will appear in Loot, so I am preumabley expected to keep throwing money at it until I pull the correct wrestler.

Seems very unfair, just wondering if anyone else has this problem
