What do you all say there should be some kicking & onboarding rules for factions

my idea there should be more accountablity for factions you can not kick players just because you dont like em kicking should be done on a specified day when a leader make a kicking move player should know in inbox leader is made kicking you will be removed within 4 hour 6 hour whatever . i am not against kicking but i am against instant kicking. if someone is not performing at zero kick em but someone is performing low not meeting your expectation leader is bound to keep em in to a specified day because Leader made em in. you can not kick instant .Faction should have limited instant kicking in one MLC OR one month. there should be forum Where players can raise their disatisfication And Leader should be bound to answer when they complain on forum. scoply should make some rules in favour of players fairness.

Hello carven, thanks for your feedback. This is in place to allow faction leaders to manage their factions as needed. I would suggest finding a faction with leaders that agree with your ideas for a more enjoyable experience in game

its just not about me its for champion community. dont apply and take this to me or a individual. i was not saying about playing game. i was also saying about manging faction but that should be regularized there should be faction grade there should be different rules for different faction of grade.instant kicking should be limited or avioded. Do some work in favour of players. if you are top 5 faction make limitations you can not join below 5 mil or 7 mil.

just because a leader made or bulit a faction he can make any decsion he wants where is players fairness in it when players cant argue about it to game devlopers or faction Leaders there should a forum or somthing else where scoply represntative leader players can meet raise their dissatisfaction

Best thing to do is get others to support your suggestions. But as a whole the community seems to prefer less regulation over more regulation

yes they will prefer less regulation because if you put regulation they will not able to make so much poltics in there faction i gave you idea what i am trying to say they put their or relative account in higher faction. for example i am pissed off about faction leader or leadership move i cant complain i am not saying make hard regulation but we as a player need some regulation we can not trust faction leader or ledership move if i say anyting if i am not happy about kicking then all leaders join & will be saying me bashing faction then they make refrences to other faction or branch

I'd suggest just making your own faction then applying whatever rules to it you'd like.

you are still taking it as its only my problum but i was just discussing a issue but with your reply i am seeing this issue apply to me not others . for that issue i was giving idea. thank you very much for your solution ,idea & discussion i did not know about it i can create my own faction . i appricate it after creating my own faction if you make regulation that regulation will apply to my faction also.i want that regulation should be applied to my faction also.
