    WHAT I LIKED:

    • DIFFICULTY: While many will disagree, I enjoy a more challenging Boss requiring more teamwork and strategy.
    • FACTION CONTEST: I'm not a massive fan of pure-spend contests, but thanks to my faction, I could claim a new skill plate from the prizewall, so the result was nice.
    • TOURS: A good selection of tours and CSS. With Faction Boss needing such little effort, it's good to have lots of tours to play during these events.

    WHAT I DISLIKED and SUGGESTIONS:

    • DIFFICULTY vs REWARDS: Although I prefer a challenging boss, the rewards need to scale up to match the difficulty. It would be great to see 'bonus' levels added to Faction Boss which are far more difficult but offer 'stretch' milestone rewards for players who want to enjoy a more challenging experience.
    • SHARD COUNT: One of the big negatives of the last 6-12 months has been the regular release of characters where most players end up 1,500-3,000 shards short of a recruit. This kills the incentive to chase shards down the line because a recruit is far too difficult/expensive. One of the things that kept me engaged in the game for so long was being within 100-200 shards of many characters. Every contest and shard bag is important at this distance, but nowadays I find myself years away from recruiting so many new releases. I think players would be a lot more engaged if they could get closer to a shard recruit during the release contest.
