Help with Kofi Michaelangelo PLEASE

I won a strap that I put on Kofi who is a 6 star silver and 1 of my best 2 characters. After putting the strap on him I can no longer choose him in any tour or events. I even removed the strap and no luck. Anyone else experience this? What can I do?
