Amnesty for old tokens

We had something like this a whole ago, all those unused competition tokens (shirts etc) could be swapped out. This also helped to clean up your inventory no end!

    I think we should be able to trade out old unusable tokens for current tokens, cash, coins and shards. I know I have a lot of tokens in my inventory taking up space.

    Trading unused stuff is a great idea
