Global chat, the swear filter and the reporting of players

At the moment Global chat is like the wild west with certain users avoiding the swear filter, using homophobic and racist language and just generally causing mayhem.

Younger people see this along with users watching on the CCs streams on twitch and videos on youtube. Is this really how you want users to think that's how us players all are and that Scopely as a company condone it?

The report button just blocks the user and doesn't seem to stop them posting what they want.

Maybe a global standard should be in place and moderators check the chat and hand out time outs or bans.

There has been action taken against multiple players who abuse this feature, When you click the report button it gets submitted for review by the team.

I have reported the same person on multiple occasions and they are still constantly putting offensive things in the chat on multiple servers.

What they do is separate the letters to bypass the filters.
