Loot pulls for tmnt event

This loot was an issue I understand that you have to make money and it is a business you are running but I did 160 pulls 4 megas there are 13 characters in this loot I do not have out of the 13 I got 1 new in 160 pulls 2 of them had no 6 star charecters at all the guaranteed all shards it says you cam get Leonardo at 5 star bronze that isn't the case I and most can't spend 1k dollars per event I spend a good amount 3 to 400 a week I wish you could turn the probability up a bit it's discouraging when people do a single 20 dollar 7 pull and get the guaranteed or grab from a bag get the poster and I'm spending thousands of dollars a month and can hit a feature please fix this

The loot is random so some people may do a single pull and get leonardo while others may do hundreds of pulls and not get him.

I understand they are random that's fine put the charecters on portal for a price like I said 4 megas and got absolutely nothing to show for plus the 50% prizewall i grabbed up I'm just asking on the featured or chances spread em out a bit more I mean 1% is a little extreme this isn't a casino if scoeply wants more spending give us better odds
