Naomi “Return of the Glow” Victory Tour

I’m just wondering what the logic is in releasing a 600th character, making them purely spend-only, then not rewarding the people who spent with a victory tour for them? You give a victory tour for the “chase” character that can literally be earned for free through normal play, so why not give a victory tour to the people who spent real money to get this new thing that is fairly rare (I think only 4 or 5 in my faction got her)?

Historically victory tours have been limited to weekend releases. We never got an official indication that there wouldn't be a tour for Naomi but until told otherwise I'd default to the no victory for midweek statement from the past.

Reward the people who are spending to keep the game afloat or they’ll stop spending. Not a difficult concept to grasp.
