Portal subscription

I don't really have a gameplay issue but I wanted to bring a noticeable issue to your attention when the portal pass came out last month I read that it would make the chances of getting a css superstar easier and it hasn't not only that the prices for the superstars in the redeemable store on portal are insane I have spent more than 2k since I joined and I haven't hit 400k points yet so in simple math it's going to cost roughly 6 to 7 thousand dollars to hit a mil points how does that increase the willingness to continue paying for the subscription I have seen people pulling tiffy time 6 star silver and 5 hold all day I spent 250 did 2 m2gas and got absolutely nothing but shards no new charecters I did the 24 pull yesterday nothing but shards it is getting really difficult to continue wanting to play because I don't have these charecters I can't play the events I don't get in game points for myself or my faction so I am loosing out on a ton please make this right so much is being done for those who don't spend anything and people like me are being left out

The pass is most beneficial to people who are going to spend on a regular basis and that spending will allow them to get a specific star they're missing over time or potentially to skip getting a new release and use their points towards the new release character.
