League 22, 23, 24 & Backlash Tour
Where has the new leagues and Tour gone.
Blog post said May 14th, but as of yet, No sign of them or an update as to when to except them (at least I have not seen one).
If they have issues with them like the rest of this month so far, then by all means take the time to fix them. We would all prefer new releases to work as intended straight out of the box.
But don't leave us in the dark. A quick message to say its being delayed is all it takes.

Just clear your game data. Your new league will be there when you restart.

Only problem is my progress was lost, as you see above I should have 533 Faction Feud matches that should carry over but I'm at 0. I sent a ticket in and they said play a showdown game (?) and I did but that didnt change anything

feud matches don't carry over they're only part of the current league. when you move to a new league you start at 0.

The new leagues appeared ….. what about the the backlash tour?
It says unlocks at league 22. which is where I am, but still locked

So you give everyone a tour that nobody can play until league 23 lol you guys continue to f us over

Same problem with me, i have uninstalled the game, then installed again but the same problem persist

It's genius. People can't complete it and ask for more if they can't access it yet!

I honestly don't understand the level 23 requirement for the tour. These tours are supposed to help us gather resources to level up our characters faster, yet, you make a tour only available after people already made a hefty investment of resources and time to get there and I don't think the payout promised on the blog even amounts to everything you will put into your roster just to get there.

People can backdoor their way in with the VIP passes, so in the interest of "fairness" they need to unlock it for everyone. Or I guess its another "pay to accelerate" thing 🙄

Whether it was or wasn’t (people in my faction have been doing it all day) it doesn’t change the fact that people got into it earlier than intended. You already set a precedent with “fairness” by taking away Rock so tell me what is being done to be fair to the people who didn’t have access to tons of materials including new 6sg medals?

People who pay for vip passes/spend money in general are supposed to get advantages. Fairness would be you having the same opportunity they do. If you don't have access to VIP then it would be unfair to you. If that's the case contact support about getting that fixed.

So its ok that people in lower leagues can have access to this if they cough up a few bucks, got it. Screw everyone else

View it as early access as all players will have the same opportunity's for the tour rewards

Lie requires intent. I was misinformed. But again you're free to subscribe to a vip plan that gives access to hard or hell mode and do it yourself.

You're free to be upfront and let your player base know things yet you're misinformed and misleading so I'll keep my money thank you.
