Piper Pride Web Event Issues and Compensation

Champions,


We want to update you on the recent Piper Pride contest issues at wwechampions.com that a few players thought to exploit for their advantage.


First, we do not tolerate such behavior and always strive for a fair and balanced experience throughout the whole WWE Champions player base.


It took a while to evaluate all the feedback we received from our Community and the data we collected from that period, but we wanted to ensure that our solution was worth the wait.


After taking the time to assess the whole situation, we have decided to give all players who reached at least the first Milestone in the Piper Pride Solo Contest the opportunity to choose 1 Skill Plate or a 5-Star Bronze Piper Niven "Scottish Powerhouse" from the Contest Prize Wall for FREE!


Please note that the players who took advantage of the issues cannot choose a Skill Plate or Poster.


You will receive an in-game message with a Medallion to redeem on the Store's Prize Wall.

    I don't think this decision was very fair to the people who actually pulled Piper from buying pulls. I bought the offer for the 14 loot coins and pulled her on my second set of seven pulls at 5SB, and now you're just giving her away to everyone???? Why did I even spend the money if you're just going to do that? Sure, the skill plates are nice to get especially if you don't have any but it still cheapens the whole thrill of pulling out, never mind a featured character but a new character to your roster. Has nothing to do with the event, the theme behind it or anything like that, I just really feel cheated on the money spent on someone I got that now everyone else can just be given away to.

    Most of us understand that mistakes can happen in a game as in depth as this.

    The key thing is here the mistake was noticed, fixed then corrected.

    Fair play goes far in todays wworld. A happy player base is key to success in my opinion.

    This is a great compensation for all, but for some reason I was excluded even though I never exploited any issues. During the weekend event my portal was not working at all, so I couldn't even access the portal. I sent many tickets about the issue and eventually got it fixed, but I guess you guys counted it as an "exploit"?
