    Agreed, options to continue to acquire TP and coins are extremely useful. We all appreciate updates and attempts for improvement, but we also need multiple avenues to gather resources.

    Should be able to redeem unused coins for something relevant without having to just blow them.

    Thanks for the opportunity to give our opinion. They should increase the possibility of generating resources (tp and coins). current missions mostly give belts,

    I agree that we should be able to get more resources out of these. 1 TP and 5k coins out of these bags doesnt help players that have been around awhile

    The only way you were able to spend the amount of faction coins you accrue would be to buy Chyna tokens or Straps, I don't have Chyna and my belt inventory is full so I now have around 900k faction coins with no way to spend them. When retiring an in-game currency you should offer is a way to use them before deletion, maybe a TP offer in store using the faction currency for those who have an amount to spend (ie. most of us)

    Sucks to lose current faction coins since I have over 300k of them, wish they would carry over somehow. And hopefully prizes for new faction coins are better because I only used coins for more TP or Coin.

    Hey everyone -- thanks very much for the great feedback!

    The good news is that for any unused old faction coins you still have, those will be converted to a bag that contains chances for coins, TP, Health Packs, Strap Parts, among other things. It's not a huge amount, but we wanted players to at least get something for their old currency when it's recycled.

    Some other good news -- coins and TP will also be available pretty regularly in the Faction Shop, often at steep discounts! These are priced so that most of you should be able to purchase them every day, giving you a new supply of these currencies. After we've "force updated" this release, take a look at the Shop to see what other awesome rewards you can save up for!

    In terms of the "why" -- we wanted to ensure an even playing field for this new Faction currency so that everyone has an equal opportunity to join a great faction, cooperate with your faction mates every day, and buy some of the awesome new stuff in the Store. The old currency had an extreme distribution in terms of players' balances, and we felt it would be unfair to give some players a huge advantage in a brand-new feature.

    In any event, keep the feedback coming! It's great to hear what you like and don't like. All of it helps us build better features and a better game.

    Most players should be able to access the update now. It does take some time for the update to reach all devices.

    In terms of the error -- the Faction Store will go live once all live players have migrated to the new update (when we "force update" the new build). You can expect to see the awesome new rewards in there in the next few days!

    My faction can’t do the tier up expedition to 61, since it still wants the gold medals for top 100 that were removed in this update.

    Don't worry! After all players have updated to the new version (likely beginning of next week), these faction tokens will no longer be required to tier up. So your faction will finally be able to break through to Tier 80... and beyond!

    I did the update on iOS and have been in the new faction environment. The solo faction quests have a quest listed as spend 1000 faction coins. The problem is I cannot complete it because the shop doesn't exist yet. Is there an ETA on when the shop will be available?

    I am in the same situation as you and want to finish that solo quest (in addition to the group quest for spending faction coins). I am estimating that the Shop will be available by Monday, when we can "force update" this newest app version.

    We are also planning a celebration gift of faction coins that you should see in your mailbox around that time, so hopefully that will make up for what you've missed out on, and more!

    Overall I think this is going to be a positive change in the game. Absolutely disagree with the change in currency and the reasons given for it. There is no reason to reinvent that wheel. Very much dislike the increased talent levels on the new expeditions. Those should be much more accessible without requiring a large 5 star roster. That's a major disappointment.

    Yes, the expeditions were always like a guaranteed source for hp and coins. Now of course the word nerf comes to mind just by looking on my hp comparing it before the change.

    The stuff in the team store really doesn't compensate it at all, especially when all expeditions are belt focused...


    The main positive change is the team missions and all the stats to track its progress and the members' activity.

    I dont think we have had a single coin expedition since the update but there are a ton of belt expedition. Those are the most useless expeditions in the game.
