FIX THE F’ING MATCHMAKING!!! I have lost count of how many times I get matched with someone having 3 30k talent opponent when I have 4 22.5k talent people and I can’t do a damn thing because I’m fighting an overpowered opponent due to the flipping crappy matchmaking. Just make it be based on a persons average not but the total sum. Also, provide more than just one opening for 2 players. It gets annoying to be matched with someone with two to three times more talent that just don’t want to wait so I get shafted being teamed up with an overpowered ally and have more options can be choose more on who to team up with instead of praying for someone not going balls to the wall.
Please put a cap (90% maximum) on Gem and Move Offense & Defense from medals and belts on anything player versus player as it gets really annoying seeing setups that can kill AI opponents with ease in tours and blitzes that get EXTREMELY nerfed in Showdown and Feuds because someone’s bloody RNG luck was better. I faced opponents with around 100% up to close to 300%+ gem and move defense and I am losing matches because of that those overpowered defense, HOW IN THE WIDE WORLD OF WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS IS THAT REMOTELY EVEN FAIR!?!?! Oh… and to all those who say “just configure your character better”, I do the best I can with what the game’s RNG does for me and I still get shafted up the glutes so stuck it in your ear with the “get good” comments. It’s not balanced, it’s totally unfair to players who are unlucky like me and to any player I see who has a character in showdowns and fued built with gem/move defense that high, I wish I could message them and say ‘Go F Yourself’. Also, please give the AI random medals in stead of the best stuff because it gets really annoying seeing them with top stuff while I’m dealing with trash due to RNG BS.
It’s shit like this that makes me NEVER E-E-EVER want to recommend this game to ANYONE!!!0 -
Okay, I'm gonna put this more measured and hopefully more even-keeled than the person above but:
Pros:
-The scoring this weekend has been WAY better; a nice reversion from the seemingly nerfed scoring of the regular feud a month ago.
-A LOT of Iyo shards even with no to moderate spending. That's fantastic. Well done.
-Tour CSS totally reasonable and fair.
-Good prizewall, IF you can manage to get far in the bonus milestones for feud score.
Cons:
-I pray to GOD the new Hype system does something, ANYTHING, to nerf insane defensive setups. Unless you have a Mult character, a big %up move, or unblockable damage, you're boned. And yes, you can build a varied lineup of characters to fit whatever you need in theory, the problem is I encountered highly specific hard counters more than once that completely boned my entire brawl, and I'm in a top 5-10 faction at WORST. Between Armor 2 medals, insane defensive stats even on Fury 3s, reversals, and insane HP pools, defense has gotten way too strong in a PVP mode like feud that requires speed if you want to score well. It's absolutely maddening. Having uncapped buffs in a PvE mode is totally fine. PVP? No way.
-Female single feuds are the absolute dirt worst for scoring competitions with regard to Era. Why? There's currently only one even VAGUELY viable Reality character on the women's side in Charlotte. HOF, it's Torrie (not exactly), or Molly, and neither of them is really great unless you have a bunch of extras, plus they just run kinda weird. Attitude Era is also a mess in terms of variety (there isn't any). If the Era bonuses were just a nice buffer, then that'd be one thing. But if you want to come even close to having a CHANCE to max, you need those points even WHILE feuding like a fiend, and that's not fun. Warscore comps used to feel fun. First you nerfed the points. Then you kinda undid that and theoretically incentivized variety by introducing the class/era bonus points, but then T6 medals made those absolute torture to get, especially with women.
-Going back to how UTTERLY broken T6 medals are, I have a 6sg SB Charlotte Flair LITERALLY as strong as you can get her, except in her specific instance I have Fury 2s on her instead of Fury 3s because I barely use her. But a MAX LEVEL, full starred, 6sg character was doing 1 damage per gem on non-multiply gems, even with a 100% strap and double Fury 2 set. This is NOT okay. This should not be possible. Good lord, that is so utterly silly I can barely even articulate it.
Possible solutions (you should probably do all of these):
-Make the scoring comps less utterly suffocating to max on the single feuds. They are torture right now. There's no other word for it. Make Warscore worth x2 or x3 per point, give more warscore, lower the ceiling even a little, offer more bonus tasks, have the existing bonus tasks be worth more, or a mixture thereof. I have the x2 speed and everything and an 11.2m roster and I somehow feel underpowered to max. That shouldn't be possible.
-Cap gem and move% defense in PVP modes, or offer a counter in the new Hype system.
-Continue to diversify the number of viable female characters across class and era, and until then, STOP HAVING STANDALONE FEMALE FEUDS WITH CLASS/ERA REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE, I BEG OF YOU.
The game is NOT built to take your time to analyze opponents before fighting them, and the sheer number of defense-favoring mechanics in the game have made that a borderline necessity, between crazy defensive percentages, reversals, massive HP pools/easy kickouts, etc. In far too many cases in the current meta, on offense if you don't OTK the opponent, you lose. Even WORSE, now the opponent heals for crazy amounts between matches, so you can't even like, get the benefit of winning with a weaker class/era if you need those objectives after losing a close-ish match because of how bonkers the defense is. Like, I know why you added these defensive things in the game, but I find it honestly kinda remarkable how you managed to take an offense-only meta and somehow break it bi-directionally in response. There are easy enough adjustments, but they NEED to happen. This feud is a miserable experience, and the last few standalone female feuds have been. It's really disappointing.
Additional feedback to emphasize this: Never, ever again have opponents heal after winning. It's laughable. I had an opponent with I think it was near 100 million health, I was using a submission character, they had NOTHING but stupidly high defense, at least once I had her down to less than 10m, yet somehow, I ended up needing to use another character to one-shot her because after several absurd cascades across multiple matches, she healed back up to like, 70m. This is terrible game design. Please never, never do this again, especially with ridiculous defense being so prevalent. Worst experience I've ever had feuding in all my years on Champions. I can't be any nicer than that about this.

Another solid event weekend in Champions
Pros:
-Good variety for people in the event tours allowing for most people to get bonus rewards.
-Good scoring for the Feud, not terribly difficult to get your Warscore up.-Rewards were great allowing for everyone to get 7 wall tokens fairly easily and getting 7 picks in the loot (at minimum) is huge.
-shards were plentiful, I unfortunately couldn’t pull Iyo, but will be trying to get her soonCons:
-Others have touched on this, the defensive setups are insane right now. I think the bigger issue is the fact that you only have 30 mins for the feud and some superstars take 5-10 mins to beat with these title setups.
-The availability of different classes of women is lacking for a full feud. I enjoy using different superstars to see their abilities, but every women’s feud were almost forced to use reality era Charlotte due to the lack of available women’s PG superstarsPotential Adjustments:
-As others have mentioned either cap the defensive setups with titles, or allow the offensive medals to break through it a bit more than they already do
-Introduce more women across all era’s maybe consider a women’s only month to hit some of the weaker categories (Reality/PG) with stronger attacks.
-Keep up the great work pumping out content weekly. I don’t think you guys are credited enough with the hard work that goes into this every week/month.0 -
this is a standard feud, regular set up and runs.
my comments revolve around the rewards not being worth grinding to 500M, the rewards werent worth grinding to 300m. In an effort to make the game more inclusive to non pay players it’s made regular feuds not worth playing. The pull % to get anything good is so bad that the chance of getting anything worth playing for doesn’t exist. You’ve gotten rid of so much of the special things for people that did pay that pay to play isn’t worth it.I haven’t pulled anything from coins worth anything in so long I haven’t almost come to the decision to just stick with the roster I have and no longer paying for anything. No BSP, no managers pass or kings or anything, I don’t even get shards for characters I don’t have the pull % is so bad. Then on top of it, most coin events I already have everyone except the new character and it’s getting hard to keep trying
something has to happen as there isn’t a carrot to chase.

I have two suggestions for feud battles...
The first is to have lobbies exactly like we do for Boss Battle. This way you can make sure you partner up with anyone you normally team up with. Quite a number of people have feud partners that they team with the entire feud.
This would also let people find more than 1 option for a feud partner that is closer to their team power. My Michelle McCool is only 5sg because I don't have the shards. I kept trying to run a lower talent team to draw similar opponents.
After long periods of time waiting unsuccessfully for a partner with similar, lower team power, I ended up just teaming with someone much stronger which drew opponents with all 6ss or 6sg. No way was I going to take 5 to 10 minutes and try to win that match, showing down my partners scoring. I know that other people running lower powered teams are doing the same waiting for a lower team to partner with, so having the Boss Battle style lobby would make it much easier for anyone running a lower powered team to get your CSS battles in.
My 2nd suggestion is a timer for each of the 2 feud participants, probably about 10 minutes ( I think that would be fair). If you have not won the current match you are in and defeated that current opponent, the timer expires and your partner can remove you and the team you are matched against from the current feud brawl. They can then finish their matches and move on. To prevent any possible abuse, such as someone who is a very fast feuder just doing this and getting points just themselves, you would only be able to do this ONE time total during that entire feud.
I unfortunately ended up falling asleep near the end of the feud and cost a faction teammate getting the 500m last milestone. If we had this timer he could have just removed me from the feud and kept going and hit that millstone that he worked so hard to get to.
The prizewall for this feud was just fantastic, TONS of options for pretty much everything with multiple quantities of shards and straps. I hope this will be the way for all prizewalls going forward.

Pros:
- Prize wall had a lot of great and achievable options on it. Please keep this up
- Fair amount of Iyo shards available
- Shard bags in the 500m milestones
- Reasonable tour matches
Cons / Improvements:
- Had a few technical issues where after a match I would be booted out to the title screen, which slowed me down
- Challenge of getting the Affiliation for the IOW score promoters really limits viable options if you want to score high. It would be nice if these titles had more availability so that we can run more diverse lineups to score with.
- The prize boxes for factions don't seem overall very useful.
- If we are going to have era specific CSS, we really need some more viable options in each era. Reality, HoF, and RA (outside of the newly released McCool) are pretty lacking in viable characters to use.
- Feud chests could really use some updated contents
- Lvl 5 medals on the milestones aren't really very helpful anymore or anything to strive for.
Overall a pretty solid event

I think that making more superstars in the prizewall available for less medallions would be better. Why? Because most of these superstars shards were available before, and most of the time you want to recruit them but the prize is really big beyond what you can get. So i would say older superstars or S class superstars available in contests should be cheaper that S+ superstars.
All around this weekend contest was nice as always. I think that faction feud is always the best event, wish you can improve showdown and faction boss, especially showdown.

First I like to say is the new Iyo Sky is amazing.
Solo Contest: CSS for solo was ok Michelle and Alexa was free and others were rare.
Feud Contest: Winning with different eras and class was good.
Limited time tours: CSS for tours was fair.
Blitz: Blitz was fair.
Prizewall: Lots of shards and plates are always needed.
Overall great Feud.

Tours were very lacking this weekend, could of used a little more on Friday.
Feud was fine but some suggestions might be lower the time limit to 20 minutes instead of thirty incase you get stuck with someone who locks a opponent up for the entire feud. Also maybe get rid of partners for feud, I don't see the need to require 2 people.
Warscore competition is fine but it largely depends on rng whether it was worth the time spent.
Blitz needs something more rewarding than rng bags, grinding away for 18 tickets to wind up with no extra medallions is a morale killer.
Prizewall was very good with lots of options of all prices but if you get the bad end of rng from blitz bags you won't have much in way of choice.

Overall I really enjoyed this feud. The main positives which I hope they carry over to future events was an achievable prizewall, the era/type requirements for feud, easier CSS requirements and a great character to chase.
My main gripes about this feud are Iyo being a 5k chase which means I will probably never be able to recruit her and why can't the feud start at reset? Being in the UK I miss the first 6 hours of feud, atleast if it started at reset I could get a good headstart. I'm not asking for the 48hr feuds like the old days 😆
Overall an enjoyable event for me

An overall good feud event, tours were fine, a good range of buffs, prizewall was good and had a good range of options from shards to plates and the new evolution moment - would've liked to be able to get more feud medallions from Blitz bit RNG wasn't on my side.
My main recommendation for improvement revolves around shards, there's 5 shards bags for the 500m feud milestone but for a lot of players this is out of reach (roster strength, lack of time with it being on a weekend, etc.) So my recommendation would be to put 1 shard bag in the gold chest and 2 or 3 bags at the 400m milestone.
Other recommendation would be to move the feud to 24 hours so that Europeans and other areas where people don't benefit from the start time can at least have more leverage for playing.

I think for the most part this was a good weekend event. I always like the opportunity to use the females on my roster in feuds and different events for the game.
Pros: I really like the feud contest where you have to win with every class and most of the eras it makes you use more of your roster and puts a little strategy into the feud. I think that the rewards from that part were good and as long as you play you can get pretty far into that part of the contest.
Cons: My biggest con of this event was the distribution of the prizewall tokens compared to the cost of tokens to get something off the prizewall. I do appreciate the addition of better superstar shards I just wish that for getting as far as I got in the bonus milestones got me a few more tokens to be able to get some of those shards.
I think that overall the game is getting better and I do hope that the new addition of hype will continue that trend.

I just wanted to drop some thoughts on the recent feud weekend and overall experience. I’m really impressed with how things are shaping up! This time around it felt smooth and well balanced with CSS requirements. So, that’s always a win!
The feud itself brought a nice level of challenge. The era & class specific requirements is most likely gives every player a variation from their roster and build the superstars accordingly, that being said it’s not really gonna change much because as soon as people are done with the CSS, they are back to their usual lineups. Making the middle lane accessible was a game changer decision and it bring some of the builds to life feels much more enjoyable and engaging. Huge shoutout to the devs to keep this going, it really adds to the community and brings so much excitement.
The addition feud perks which gives certain boosts from the free steps where also not the same this time, which is probably considered a good call, the fact there’s newly released evolution moment which literally rocketed up the HP pool to over 200M. So, yeah that could have gone either way but the steel cage rules with different boosts even things out nicely. Keeping a balance between and make it more interesting, but not so brutal that it felt unfair. The rewards were somewhat worth the effort and some peope would still complain that it’s not enough and all depends on the RNG but i’d say atleast you have a shot at winning something that costs way more than you could possibly expect. I’ve got to say, I didn’t run into any server issues or glitches which really made the whole experience alot more smoother and less stressful. So, props for that!
The prizewall was shockingly too good to be true, I mean there’s literally tons of variations like HLR Cena, Austin, Kamala, shard options, skill plates like green pyro plate which is hard to come by and don’t forget the evolution moment, you guys delivered to the people. It’s really nice when the rewards are reflecting your energy and skill, Knowing how much time and effort feuds take. It’s a decision in the right direction and am super grateful for it and hoping to experience the similar results in coming events.
The medallion count is something that bothers many players because it doesn’t felt like we getting much from the actual solo event. Obviously if you’re going for solo killing you have to invest heavily and count on every opportunity you have but I’d love to see a increase medallion count because for now a huge chunk is locked behind the bonus milestones which is usually not even accessible for majority of the player base. The post blitz competition was not something i’d consider since you can get away with more than 5-7 or nil instead add up to the feud milestones which will also encourage more players to join and get the best out of them.
Conclusion:
Keep up all the good work you guys are really putting the work into the game. It’s really nice when you’re giving back to the community. There’s always something in the background that needs to be taken care of but i’m sure you guys will figured this out soon.
Appreciate for all the hard work and making things smoother for us. I’d again suggest the medallion count which is the one thing which sets me off but nonetheless the rest was just excellent. Looking forward for what you guys have stored for us✌🏻:)0 -

Summer Slam Fued/ Iyo release fued
Likes: best prizewall in a long time possibly since Wrestlemaina. It generated a lot of interest and hype in faction and discord discussion. The items on the wall were great and priced reasonably for the most part. Love it when there's a great obtainable item I.e. moment or plate, gear. And you have to make a choice between 2 or more good items. Makes it fun because it's a win to get something good but also the choice makes it exciting and gets people talking about whats the best choice. Really probably the best advertising you can get for the game because it's 100% positive and engaging.
Love the fued format, class and era specific instead of a rare CSS, better for overall participation and better for wanting to actually play or care to grind.
I also liked that there were no restrictions i.e. steel cage rules.
Dislikes: not much, overall it was good. Maybe update the fued "box of disappointment " change up the plates and shards or make a few more things available for the work and grind to earn them. While it has become a community joke, overall it generates negative hype or play experience and the opposite effect of the good momentum I mentioned above with a good prizewall and no rare css. Maybe try to balance future event with 2 of those 3 factors.
I think events should continue to have a strong focus on participation and the ability for as many players as possible to participate. It's better for the community and better for income generating for the company. Most people dont mind spending to get a little more but they want something in return. Android says there are 50m downloads yet our community pool sits around 15k. That's only 0.003 of people who try the game keep it or 99.997 delete it. If you can increase the number of players it's better for everyone.
