    Stop with the Steel Cage rules for Boss Battles.

    This is the only mode where the faction as a whole comes together and it should not be nerfed.

    Use Steel Cage Rules like you do with Extreme rules. Make it its own tour.

    The steel cafe matches are a bummer but everything else is pretty much cool. Please refrain from the steel cage rules matches during the boss battles

    I know this game is RNG based u understand that sometimes things happen scoeply gives out ucc now which is nuts because of the cost lets be honest I am probably in the top 10 to 15% of spenders in this game is spent 1k dollars today chasing penta primarily for the ability to complete his tour and get a decent strap for him and I didn't event get enough shards to recruit him im 700 short when you released show boat rhea it was 900 and I got the 5k shards to recruit none of these charecters in a game should cost 1k dollars i am at for example 5k chasing muscle man bray 2k hof jbl the list goes on I understand it's a buisness and I don't mind paying I have said that a million times but if you want to put in a charecter put him in the rewards tab as a get for the 550 dollar mark instead of 25 shards we want to enjoy the game and not wind up divorced or bankrupt it puzzles me when people spend 20 bucks and pull the charecter and I spend alot more and don't where does that seem fair to get to the 700k ucc mark it costs upwards of 4500 dollars to recruit a good charecter this has to be addressed put a price tag on these charecters you release and let us go get them stop letting the random generator influence the amount of people that pay or not to play this game because other than steel cage rules and low energy on showdowns this is a great game please address these issues scoeply thank you

    At this point the faction boss competition did not start yet.

    I regret to already be annoyed about the bonus character requirements. They are for spenders only!

    No way you can have a lvl14 (6sb) of those without being extremely lucky or invest.

    We need to wait until the last 3 hours before we can do the easy lvl10 (5ss) bonus points.

    This kinda takes the fun out of the first 21 hours of faction boss. Why play?

    The previous editions we had a group of hotshots doing the higher requirements, while the others could concentrate on the easier tasks (without the required spending characters) to help the faction advance in the milestones.

    It provided a 'together we grow' feel.

    I would love to have the easy requirements return from start of faction boss.

    Ending on a positive note, stating that for the lower levels the 'global mode' seems to have overcome technical difficulties. The gaming experience in that mode really has improved from underperforming to outstanding. This benefits the tiny rosters and smaller factions, enabling them to also advance in the competition. Well done there!

    1. I would like to see more available options in the Solo contest rather than just the monthly characters
    2. Additional tours or methods to earn medallions for the contest. Seems like the majority of medallions are in the last few milestones of the contest

    Penta model looks great.

    • Penta looks awesome, hope to snag him soon.
    • My faction was able to get through the faction contests just fine, but solo I was unable to do very little as they were all new characters, which is a bit of a bummer.
    • Boss seemed fair, had some good weaknesses
    • My main gripe is still wishing I could get a search bar to hunt down which entourages to use. Its the biggest bottleneck when setting up characters.
    • Second gripe is being unable to switch out one skill plate a month, for a game that is packed with moveset customization, and experimentation to find the best setups, being able to only freely switch them out once a month is a major letdown. Even the 10 from the strap pass isn't enough. Would love to see this changed!

    I thought this was a decent contest but I preferred the previous boss battle where there were fewer limitations on scoring. The prize medallions seem harder to achieve this time as well, only really being available by paying. I'd like to see more tours with better rewards. Penta is a great addition, hopefully we see Rey Fenix next, ideally with a strong tag link. Tag links in general could use an overhaul the way you've been updating older characters. Limiting medals via steel cage rules is frustrating, why chase them if they're not going to be useful? Overall I think this has been the best month yet, I like most of the changes you've made and felt like I made significant advancement in the game so these are minor quibbles.

    Feedback on the boss battle and overall weekend


    Penta looks great one of the best looking character models in the game chefs kiss

    The tours were fine, having The Rock in daily bags, offers and being a bonus contest star made sense, same with Rey after all the hall of fame grabs this month and it was nice to see some thought behind the bonus superstars in the tour (including Eddie and the body) rather than a generic pick the tours felt synced with the past few weeks of bonus stars.

    The boss battle itself was great as characters that make blue gems and multiply gems are fairly common giving a large amount of options to use. There was however connectivity issues when the boss battle started which was slightly frustrating.


    The timing of opening the factions to use Attitude Era stars and Thrasher seemed random. A faction member notified the discord so people were hopping on. Not sure if that was pre announced but was unexpected and quite enjoyable to have content before the daily reset.


    Personal choice - I prefer having lots of bonus points for using certain characters in boss battle and for it to directly impact individual scores. It felt very much that once I’d hit my faction minimums I could pick any acrobat and sit on level 10 which felt repetitive.

    The tours seemed a little light and didn't really seem to have any theme to me.

    Faction Boss was okay. The steel cage rules are still the worst kind we get this weekend with skill plates blocked. What's the point of having them if we can't use them other than in tours? Would also prefer if all tasks are released on Saturday instead of being spread out over two days. Another issue is when the boss battle ends at midnight Sunday, it only gives a small window for people to claim the coins for the faction competition.

    Prizewall was a little weaker this week than previous weeks for me. I did like the 6 star Andrade for a very little amount of medallions. The biggest issue is the skill plates, on a weekend where you can't use them it's hard to justify spending to get medallions for something you might not be able to use.

    Overall Probably the weakest weekend of this mlc

    In non weekend requests I would like to see skill plates organized alphabetically and is there somewhere to get hof tokens now that they've been removed from the showdown store?

    The art team and animators did a great job on Penta. Not only does he look visually amazing, but you did an awesome job on his moves. His animations are just flawless. (his 2nd gear looks great too!)


    I have mentioned this before on feedback, but I would really love to see a behind the scenes of what goes into designing new posters. Maybe something you can upload to the Scopely WWE Champs YouTube channel? Please consider.


    Boss Battle ran pretty smooth this weekend for me. I always enjoy the weekend task you have under the faction contest. Even if members of your faction do not have the latest poster, we still are able to participate. Keep this going.


    The one thing I noticed in this MLC was much less free poster tokens and shards then previous MLC. I would have liked to see more Jesse shards or tokens in either the solo or faction contest milestones. If not in milestones, maybe at least for his weekend tour. You have done very well in previous MLCs. I wonder if maybe this was just overlooked?


    Overall, this event was pretty chill. Since you all gave such detail to the new Penta poster I would like to make a suggestion down the road. Since AAA was recently acquired by WWE, would you consider a Luchador MLC?

  • Awesome new character added to the WWE Champions landscape! This weekend proved to be another bittersweet contest to us in the community.

    The good: The diverse tours correlating with the character and holiday specific events.

    • Boss Battle format requiring a faction effort promoting teamwork,communication and leadership is ALWAYS appreciated. Don't stop this!

    The not good: Barring skill plates from the weekend event isn't a good move from the communitiesperspective. Player's spend real money and devote alot of time to earn these abd showcase them. Stripping these for a weekend contest detracts the ingenuity of skilled players to show off epic builds that rely on skill plates. Wouldn't you want these types of players to inspire creativity and to demonstrate what is possible? Not the best move,as i can tell with other feedback.

    If Scopely truly listens to the player base, then the whole Steel Cage concept should be reserved for SPECIFIC tours, not weekend contests. It's like putting money into a savings account, then going to your bank and have the Banker say, "Sorry, you can't use that money." An aggressive analogy? Maybe,but the more you think about it, the more honest it is.

    I wish there was more to faction boss. It just gets boring and the connection struggled to keep up at times. Perhaps a revamp in a solo aspect to encourage more play to go along with the team effort.

    This weekend's contest introduced some exciting elements, with Penta being a clear highlight. His design, animations, and move set were widely appreciated—credit to the art and development teams for the attention to detail. The faction boss battle also ran smoothly for most and continues to be a strong point, especially with how it promotes teamwork and keeps even those without the latest characters involved. It’s great to see content that brings the community together while offering engaging challenges.

    On the reward side, some players found the Prizewall and shard/token availability underwhelming this time compared to previous events. Adding more accessible ways to earn star fragments and HoF tokens would also be appreciated. Finally, many continue to request a search function for entourage selection and better plate organization—these quality-of-life updates would go a long way in streamlining gameplay. Overall, the event had solid foundations and room for growth, and we’re hopeful to see some of these suggestions considered in future contests.

    First I like to say is Penta is a amazing wrestler and I'm happy he's in the game.

    Reward Highlights: Alowing us to get over 2000 shards for Penta was great.

    Prizewall: Skill plates,shards,and belts are always good.

    Limited time tours: CSS for tours was fair.

    Overall great Faction Boss new Penta is amazing.

    Love the look of penta, really cool to have him in the game.

    Overall a good weekend boss event, faction were able to achieve the gold chest without too much trouble.

    I liked that solo points weren't placed out of reach in the faction contest milestones. But there could be some better incentives for hitting the bonuses. Reason being that my faction lost steam after hitting 10 mil as not much to gain by grinding the next few milestones.

    While I have been a big fan of Faction Boss as a game mode, the weekend contest is consistently uninspiring month after month and the mode itself has become very stale. Moving the CSS to 2 days isn't necessarily something ! hate, but I don't particularly appreciate when things are made more challenging for players while the rewards don't improve. If something becomes more demanding or difficult, there should be an increased payout.

    THE GOOD:-

    • Some of the offers were shockingly generous. For anyone who is willing to spend specially if the newer players are looking forward to fast forward the progress and wants to get their hands on best of the best i think these blog offers or sale bundle offers will legitimately makes a huge impact on their rosters.
    • Very little time and effort are required to reach the final regular milestone.
      For those wanting to spend as little time as possible playing the game, this contest was perfect.
    • The last faction milestone includes an RNG bag to obtain the newly released penta mask skill plate which was well received but then there is another option which is prizewall medallions. The tokens payout were all RNG based you can’t fully rely on that. I got 15K which is more likely in between the line. Many of my faction mates got 20K, hell some got 25K which is highest rewards they could possibly get whereas some got 5K-10K which is not even nearly enough to acquire a decent prize or shards of your choice.

    THE BAD:-

    • The continuous addition of steel cage rules is not a particularly engaging and after a certain period players will get tired of being locked out of skill plates. Also a lot of lower level factions that have not fully supported this restriction because the difficulty gets more complex at higher levels. Instead you choose to focus on the grind while decreasing the fun for players. Many players have acquired these high valuable skill plates like RR, anniversary and many more yet they’re unable to use them on boss due to the requirements. Thus created frustration for several individuals, hindering their ability to progress.
    • Faction leaderboard is still not up with the standards for players who put in a lot of efforts and grind for these rewards. The extra medallions are nice and can help some players but aren't enough for most of the players to get their hands on any premium or significant value items unless they have already spent on portal offers or any packs further their way.
    • In most contests in the game have one or more exciting prize wall items to aim for during any specific contest. I end up getting some tokens or random straps to show for my time and effort. Not very rewarding tbh and the other items than the plates was mediocre. Most players are well short of getting anything value for money off the prize wall.

    SUGGESTIONS:-

    • Consider a refresh of the game mode where the difficulty is significantly increased and the rewards are drastically better for those who can beat the highest levels. This should require strategy and teamwork. QUE up with 4 cards for my faction mates to blow through the boss with 2 moves is not fun at all.
    • Prize wall costs need to be slashed OR players should have opportunities to grind for additional prize wall currency.

    These kind of events are really have the potential to standout from the rest of the nodes but you guys have to make right decisions. Personally back then i was really fond of playing boss battles. They were really put you on a test and bound your own limits. But for now i'm more tend to enjoy feuds rather than any of these events. Hope you guys address all the problems with the team and I'd really love to see what else you guys have stored for us. ANYWAY for now it’s all done and dusted, looking forward for the next MLC and surprises that are about to reveal in just few hours.

    I thought this was a solid boss battle contest, here's my feedback:

    Good - Penta's model, artwork and extra gear looks great, seen some good models lately. Relatively straightforward CSS. And boss conditions that were beatable for most.

    Bad - another boss without skill plates, I feel skill plates is a big miss in the game, especially to those that spend to get them or pay for strap pass to move plates. Having CSS spread across two days can be an inconvenience to players who want to enjoy their weekend.

    Suggestions - keep CSS to launch, if factions are able to complete these in one day then so be it. More prizewall options in that middle range mark of 5k-20k. And please either remove steel cage or give all players the ability to move multiple plates per month without spending.

    They were manageable this week and the CSS options were quite fair. Nothing more to elaborate here, really.

    Faction Boss Experience and the Faction Contest:

    I didn’t face any game breaking glitches this time around which is nice for boss weekends because the experience is usually marred with server latency and other problems of similar kind. The faction contest tasks were also fair and reasonable. But what I did not like was the fact that one or maybe two CSS tasks were delayed, i.e, they were added later than the scheduled time which I do not appreciate at all because the second day of the boss fight is always shorter. Because of time zones, not everyone gets the same amount of time which is already a problem and that gets amplified when such delays happen. I don’t expect any compensation because fair dealing is something that is not to be expected around these parts, but what I would love to see is things being streamlined so these issues don’t repeat themselves on a monthly basis.

    The Prizewall:

    Another uninspiring prizewall where pretty much everything that is relevant in the game was extremely overpriced and nothing of value was up for grabs through just gameplay. I don’t mind spending but items have to be reasonably priced for that to happen. I accumulated around 15k medallions and that gets me nothing besides only 75 Acrobat Punk shards which is bad in taste. I miss those days when you could earn medallions through grind and they were not RNG based.

    Week after week we are expected to complete more challenging tasks but it’s rare when the weekends reward us with quality stuff. I don’t mind the challenge as long as the rewards are worthwhile but that has not happened for the Faction Boss weekends since a long time.

    Overall, a dull and forgetful experience. Congrats to those who were favoured by the RNG and got either the new plate or a high quantity of medallions.
