Is the game suitable for newbie development?

Recently I have started a fresh ID in the game for a new and different start. Although there are some positive stuffs like League advancing has become less time consuming but still there are some difficulties. As a newbie I have identified following issues:

I needed to face Asuka several times and as a newbie she was beyond my power and I needed to spend game cash to defeat her.
There was a event for the newbie which needed Austin but he was not available in my account.
In April new MLC started where I need decently advanced Rock, Undertaker and Austin to compete even in the normal stage which I don't have.

You can mention any other issues you faced.

My question, is the game newbie development friendly?

Some of the content creators did experiments in this and provided some feedback to scopely to try and improve. With Asuka being reworked and improved significantly i've heard a lot of feedback recently that she is difficult for new players and have passed this along to the team.
