Skill and ultimate plate UI improvement

Can we please aggregate duplicate unassigned skill plates together in a single UI plate and display a number on the single plate to show how many are available? This would be a huge improvement to navigation but also selecting plates from prize walls. I have no idea how many I have of many plates because it is impossible to doom scroll and find them.
