Remove Collect x League points, takes days to level up

My point is that this should not be a month long, every event thing. This should be a once or twice a month occurance (so a special event type thing). People pour a ton of money and resources into building trainers up and on belts, plates and medals and with this stipulation you are basically rendering those all useless for the the most part.
