    You would need to earn a currency to do something like this, and Stipulation score has a set, Bayley Must be included as she is the only 4HW not to have a IOW. Becky is in the Stipulation set for Showboat (spend SD Coins), Charlotte is Showboat War Score (Find her in Web Shop), Sasha is Trickster Boss Currency. Meanwhile, Bayley isn't included in any of them, this is why Bayley should be included in a new set for something like Club Coins in a Club Coins Type IOW for something like a Prestige Pass only Showdown or Area that earns you more Club Coins for every win based on who you used my
