Time to get Radical Ultimate Plate isn't working on Seth Rollins

I wanna talk about the new Time to get Radical Ultimate Plate. It's supposed to be the signature ultimate plate for new seth Rollins but he can't even use it properly. He can barely use it. When I use countdown black move then I use other black move to make five blue gems to match later . The dmg of black gen is increased but then i match 5 blue to trigger countdown gems but now the effect is gone because skill plate allow it for one turn without triggering the countdown gems there's no way to make black gems but that'll take one while turn and the effect of ultimate plate is gone , it has no use. It would be better if you guys could make it for 2 turns.
