Feeling burned by hidden Moment requirements

I've been grinding all month collecting shards for the new Rollins, and after getting his gear and skill plate I also wanted to get the 8th Anniversary moment to take him next-level. So I burned tons of resources getting the Birthday Blitz characters all the way up to 6SS and even bought a fuse pack when I didn't have enough shards to do it the hard way. Only after finishing the blitz and collecting the moment token could I see that it requires three of the new Anniversary superstars. Why isn't this disclosed before getting the token? I just double-checked on another moment I don't have the token for (SummerSlam 2024) and there's no indication anywhere how many superstars are required to activate it. As a player on the casual side that won't be getting the new Asuka or Cena, I'm extremely frustrated that I spent for this with no way to know I wouldn't be able to use it.
