So Molly Holly was nerfed and we weren’t informed about it?

IMG_2747.jpeg IMG_2748.jpeg

Apparently, there were some “adjustments” made to Molly Holly’s moves that we were not communicated through official channels. The first image(credits to Champions chat for their preview videos) shows her move prior to nerf and the second image shows her move post nerf.

This feels wrong especially after the fact that her gold gear was for sale for 20 dollars not too long ago. So, you release a poster and we are presented with the information that the said poster deals X amount of damage. Then, you proceed to put her gear on sale to make a quick buck and then nerf the said poster?

Is this what the community deserves after spending our time and money on the game?

Keep in mind that it’s the content creators- who are not Scopely employees and have thereby no obligation- who make us aware of such sudden changes and not those who are in charge.

You present and advertise her a certain way, put her gear on sale and then nerf her so she doesn’t hit as hard as depicted in the previews.

I purchased the gear having no knowledge of these adjustments and therefore I am not satisfied as the end result is not what was depicted through content videos.

Seems like a classic “bait and switch” tactic. Let’s get people to spend on her gear, then, after enough people purchase it, let’s nerf the damage we said it would do. If it was to make the “game flow more efficient” why not just move the dmg onto the finisher instead of lowering to 1/3 of original?

seems again like no thought process gone into this again, you sell the gear as advertised and then nurf her, why would you not of just adjusted gear before she was brought out so she didn’t hit as hard, now it looks like you’ve falsely advertised a product, taken people money then changed the character to make it so you’ve taken people money and they don’t see a gain,

Very poor planning and I expect again you upset the community that keeps paying your wages

not for the first time nor the last time you nerf a poster at least in the past it was mainly done before the full release and people had been informed of the change but this is just scummy to release her and let content creators make videos showing of the poster with her gear and then selling her gear in the store which a lot of people would of bought after seeing the videos you decide to nerf her without saying a word not while her gear was on sale nor after this just feels like you wanted to make a quick buck of the community

Hello everyone, these adjustments were made prior to the launch of Molly in-game and improve her output dmg with the finisher rather than the CD gem dmg because there would have been overlap

You can say that the adjustments were made prior but we were not communicated about these changes in any way, shape or form. If you can put her gear on sale while stealthily making changes then it just doesn’t look good. Players generally get more upset about how things are done and changes are made than the changes themselves.

How are we as a community supposed to trust anything that you say now that the team didn’t do due diligence and are coming up with explanations AFTER THE FACT?

How do we know this isn’t just a damage control measure and what we are being told by the in game support and here is the actual truth?

Why were we not supplied with this information prior to her gear being on sale? Was the focus at that time on just grabbing our money and not being honest with us?

Why is it that we are supplied with such crucial information AFTER there is an outrage and we have spent our time and money on the product? Why can’t the team be honest with us from the get-go?

The in game support labelling this as “a little adjustment” is an insult to the amount of time and money we spend on the game. We pour our hard earned resources, things are changed and when we rightfully ask what’s going on, we are told off that’s its a “little adjustment”. No wonder the team is more often than not clueless about the average player experience.

You guys get to enjoy the rewards that come from being in top factions because of your position in the company and when someone like me who has to scrape and claw for every reward that I get start asking questions that you dont want to answer, your team comes up with condescending responses such as “we don’t communicate every little adjustment”

is this how things are going to be going forward for the rest of us?

pretty disappointed at how much money you make as a company (not even just from me) for you all to be bad at your dream job of working on a game with a built in property and fan base such as the WWE.

It is this exact kind of thing that made me quit buying stuff from this game because they constantly rip us off and show little regard for us as a player base it wouldn't be such a big deal if they would have at least posted it in the news section on the portal but no just do it don't mention it and probably laughing at us

Molly Holly should still be on your roster if you had recruited her last month.
